You must NOT
- Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
- Engage in or facilitate fraudulent tax activity, including knowingly submitting false information.
- Upload malware, viruses, ransomware or files designed to harm systems or users.
- Impersonate the ATO, any other government authority, a registered tax agent, or any other person or firm.
- Send unsolicited messages (spam), phishing, or harassing communications via the platform.
- Scrape, harvest or perform automated extraction of data from the platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, systems or networks.
- Misuse client data, including sharing, reselling or using it outside the firm's professional relationship.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, restrict features, or remove content without prior notice where necessary to protect users, the platform or third parties.
